Pouring without spilling

The Seal-Spout has two main practical advantages. First, the package opens easily, the product pours accurately in even doses and it does not spill or waste. Second, the package closes perfectly and even after repeated use, the product will not spill out. It also keeps well and is protected from dust, moisture and insects. Once the package is opened, it retains its smart appearance and functional efficiency. It is easy to transport and even if it is turned upside down, nothing comes out. A product with a Seal-Spout has added value which will make it preferable to others. Once it has been tried, consumers will be eager to buy it again. The spout is available in 3 materials (aluminium, plastics and paperboard) in different sizes.

To meet customers requests, Seal-Spout developed a new pouring spout made of cardboard which kept the shape of the aluminium spout. One of the reasons for choosing the paperboard spout is the environmental aspect: many customers prefer to use the paper spout because it makes separating the waste material (e.g. aluminium) from the carton unnecessary. Another advantage is that the whole package can be sent through a metal detector at the end of the packaging line without problems.
